Hey Hey Hey! One month after we started SHARE Shapes Up at work we had our second weigh-in. The diet program is working! No sudden weight loss, but a continual loss all month long of 1.5 pounds per week for a total of 6 pounds for me! That's a total reduction of 2% of my original weight. I no longer start my weight with the number 3!!!! This month I am determined to add some daily exercise to the mix. Maybe I can pull double digit weight loss for February!
